The more I read on both honey and vinegar the more convinced I am that everyone needs to take 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar and 2 teaspoons of honey in warm water three times a day before meals... EVERY DAY.

For those of you interested in begining a daily regiment of apple cider vinegar and honey. I have played with the mixture and found that I like 2 tsp of each in 8oz of warm water best. Anyone with any other suggestions? I am wondering about adding some cinnamon to it as well...
