Diet Food Poison

This post is primarily focused on Aspartame or as you may better know NutraSweet, Equal, NatraTaste, and Canderel.  We are lead to believe that diet food and diet soda will reduce the likelihood of gaining weight.  Untrue.  Foods labeled "diet" or "lite" are more poison to our body than not.

There are nearly 100 serious side effects of Aspartame Disease that fall in a variety of different categories.  I am going to provide several links for those of you that want to get more information beyond what I am providing.

Concerns regarding Aspartame:
1. Artificial Sweeteners are very addictive.  They cause major withdrawals and can take several months to get out of your body.
2. Artificial Sweeteners actually make you gain weight rather than lose it.
3. Artificial Sweeteners have been linked directly to cancer, Alzheimer-like symptoms, MS-like symptoms, stroke, lupus, and death
4. There are many that believe that Artificial Sweeteners turn into formaldehyde in high temperatures.

When I was part of the military family and stationed in Maryland, my husband was sent to Saudi Arabia with many others.  Coke and Pepsi was sent over FREE for the military and sat under tents in the hot Arabian sun.  Many of these men came home sick - hair falling out, memory loss, tremors, depression, seizures, and a variety of other ailments that could not be diagnosed as any one disease.  Some of the men died of their ailments.  Many attributed the diet sodas and aspartame disease to their ailments.

I also know several people that have had Alzheimer-like symptoms or MS-like symptoms.  When they removed diet sodas and diet foods from their diet (30 - 60 days), they began to lose the symptoms.  Not all of the side effects of Aspartame are temporary and should be taken very seriously.
